🔁 Easy Returns

To make a return, you’ll need valid proof of purchase such as your order number, receipt, or order confirmation email.

Returns may require a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport) for verification purposes.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.


✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be in clean, resalable condition — unopened, unworn, or with tags attached.

  • Returns must include all original components and packaging.

  • Opened new items (such as software, collectibles, or accessories) cannot be returned unless defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Trading cards, blind boxes, Temporary Tattoos, Stickers.

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Opened software, hardware, accessories, collectibles, or PC tech

  • Books, magazines, and guides

Defective products may still qualify for exchange during the return window.

  • 30-Day Returns on unopened new items

  • 30-Day Exchanges for defective pre-owned items


📦 How to Return

Online Returns

  • Ship items back for an $8.99 return shipping fee.


⚠️ Additional Notes

  • Refunds may be adjusted if discounts, coupons, or rewards were used.

  • Games Rewind reserves the right to limit or decline returns in cases of abuse or fraud.

  • Claims for missing or lost packages must be made within 60 days of shipment.

  • Refunds for “Buy Now, Pay Later” purchases (Zip, PayPal, etc.) will follow our standard policy but your installment obligations remain with the provider.
